Part of our mission at Hillside Church is “impacting our world”. One of the ways we do this is by partnering with people and organizations who are making a difference in our world. We do this by supporting them financially each month, as well as serving alongside them on a regular basis to assist them in their work.

Union Gospel Mission
“The Mission” offers free meals and provides shelter to many people in need every day. They meet practical needs of people in our city with the love of Jesus. We support them financially, as well as our REACH team partnering with them regularly to help serve meals.

CHUM (Churches United In Ministry) Center
The CHUM provides critical social safety net programs including food, shelter, advocacy and help to over 7,000 people in need each year in Duluth. The CHUM is a place for people to get off the street, find resources and get assistance to help solve problems related to poverty and homelessness. Our REACH team regularly helps serve here.

Teen Challenge
Teen Challenge is a faith-based residential drug and alcohol program for teens and adults in Duluth. The Men’s Campus houses over 40 men. There are numerous stories from Teen Challenge of people being set free from addiction, lives being restored and families being healed and brought together again.
