One of our main goals at Hillside Church is to help make the world a better place. We’ve selected a few key areas and work in partnership with people and organizations that are making an impact. As a church we contribute to them financially each month, as well as serve along side them as we are able.

Starting Culture-Centered Churches
We are involved in helping to start and support church both here in the US and in Western Europe that especially cater to non-churchgoing groups of people. We are seeing many culture-centered churches started that offer the incredible message of God within the wider secular culture. Our focus is on regional citiies like Chicago and Madison and in nations in Western Europe like France, Spain and Italy where the churchgoing population is less than 3%. Kevin and Maureen Gamradt have been part of Hillside Church for years and spent time in ministry in Ireland. They are back in the States now, but hope to return soon.

Global Disaster Relief :: Convoy of Hope
We financially support Convoy of Hope, an incredible organization that (1) responds to world disasters as they happen around the world (2) serves seven of the poorest areas in our world.  We give in advance monthly and by way of our “One Day To Feed The World Campaign” so that when a natural disaster happens, we’ve helped empower Convoy to respond immediately to the situation.  In addition, they support feeding projects in the poorest areas around the world, including Haiti, where they feed 75,000 people a day.
