Exploring Membership Workshop
Join us for a lunch on Sunday, May 20, from 12:30 to 2:00pm where we will explore the incredible benefits of membership in our church community. This workshop will give you an opportunity to hear about the history, beliefs and vision of Hillside Church as well as how you can become a greater part of the church community. Please sign up on the blue Connection Sheet if you need childcare during this time.

Healthy Lives Leaders & Churches :: A Vineyard Family Conference
We’re really excited about inviting 22 Vineyard churches throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin to come together July 12-14, for our all-encompassing family conference at the Vineyard Church in Duluth! Early bird registration fee is $35 for adults and $10 for children and is due by June 25. You can register online at www.duluthvineyard.org. Please pick up a pamphlet at the Information Center for all of the exciting details!

Pre-Service Prayer
The pre-service prayer time is an integral part of ministry at Hillside Church, especially focusing on Sunday mornings. We gather to pray for the Sunday service, our church community and the city. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to hear what God has in store for us and those around us! All are welcome and all leaders are strongly encouraged to attend. Exploring the Supernatural :: Message Series
Have you ever felt curious about the supernatural or the spiritual realm? Have you ever asked yourself questions like: Do miracles happen today? Can people get healed by praying for them? What is the deal with evil in the world? What are angels? What are demons? Does prayer really work? What is prophecy, spiritual warfare or spiritual gifts? Join us Sundays at 11:00am May 20-July 1 for our Exploring The Supernatural series, where we will explore these questions on the terms of the Bible and hear from real people who have experienced some cool things related to these topics. We are sure that you will find this series intriguing and insightful!

Hillside Community Picnic
On Sunday June 3, join us for a picnic at Leif Erikson Park! Bring lunch, a Frisbee and a friend as we hang out and enjoy the kick-off to summer together. This is a great opportunity to get to know people you haven’t met, and enjoy the ones you have while we build community! In the case of rain, we will stay and hang out here at Hillside!

Worship Night
On Friday June 8, we will be gathering together for a casual worship night in the countryside. Join us at 5:30pm, as we enjoy food, a fire, and great music. Please contact Tom Franczyk at 218.340.9815 for more information on location and directions.

Block Party & Free Rummage Sale
We’re gearing up for our annual Block Party & Free Rummage Sale! Plan to join us for this fun time of community on June 30 from 11:00—2:00pm. If you are interested in helping throw the party, please sign up on your blue Connection Sheet. If you’ve been saving items to donate for the giveaway, please continue to hold them until Wednesday, June 27 as we don’t have storage space in the building. We look forward to seeing you there!
